Er.... yuk, I think.

I read today in an ink-on-tree news source that Paul McCartney's daughter - not Stella, the other one whose name escapes me... let's just call her not Stella - was separating from her husband. What got me though, were the reasons given - the pressure of their respective careers and "house renovations"....

Hey, not Stella, tell it to this guy.

My head has been elsewhere recently, so I missed this, but it has pretty much made my day.

Also, am very gratified to see that this wonderful, wonderful woman made Time's list of the 100 most influential folks. Hang in there.

This guy knew what he was talking about....

"Life is short.
Time is fleeting.
Realise the Self.
Purity of the heart is the gateway to God.
Aspire.
Renounce.
Meditate.
Be good; do good.
Be kind; be compassionate.
Inquire, know Thyself"
.
This is just terrific. I got an email from a friend of mine who works for the Seattle Times, to say that the paper she and her partner used to work for won a Pulitzer Prize.

My friend - herself a Pulitzer nominee, and winner of this prestigious award - told me about the WW story a while back and it sounds just great - classic investigative journalism at its best.

Congratulations to all.

Separated at birth? Here and here?

And yes, here... or even, dear Lord, here.
Really, you just can't make stuff like this up.
